Payment Terms
- Training Programs:
Full payment is required at the time of registration for any training program unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. - Software Subscriptions:
Software subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. A free 14-day trial is available, after which you will be charged unless you cancel within the trial period. - Billing:
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for any applicable fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Training Programs:
You may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the program has not yet been accessed. - Software Subscriptions:
You may cancel your software subscription within the first 7 days of a paid subscription (after the free trial) for a full refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to training materials, software, and designs, is the intellectual property of 8Ways Dispatching LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
8Ways Dispatching LLC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
